2026 New Churches Survey

Dear church leader,

This short survey is only for churches that have started in the last 15 years.

The purpose of the New Churches Survey is to take a snapshot of new churches around Australia.

If your church began in 2011 or later, please ask a primary church leader to complete this short survey.

A primary leader should also complete this survey if the leader is involved in or has detailed knowledge of another new church that isn't this local church. This could also include a prospective new church that is yet to become a public gathering. You can still report these new churches using your local church code.

This survey is voluntary and all your answers will remain confidential.

No individual results are released to denominational leaders without permission.

You may complete part of the survey and then save to ‘continue later’. You need to use the same device and browser.

Please complete one survey for each new church.
